Glad you're here

Hi, I'm Sophie – and I know the path you're walking

I accompany women with Hashimoto's toward more energy and well-being in everyday life – with empathy, by your side and at your pace.

Maybe you know this feeling

My story

Why I truly get it

A few years ago I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's myself. Suddenly there was a name for the fatigue, the changed sense of my body and the many questions no one could answer for me.

Between doctor's appointments and well-meant advice, I often felt lost. Only step by step did I learn to listen to my body again and to build a daily life that feels good.

Today I accompany women who are at exactly that point – not with promises, but with understanding, structure and a path we walk together.

How I accompany you

No one-size-fits-all, but a path that fits your life – step by step and at your pace.

  1. 1

    Listen & understand

Together we look at your daily life and what really matters to you – without judgement.

  2. 2

    Realign together

We build routines around nutrition, movement and rest that feel doable for you.

  3. 3

    Stay by your side

I accompany you with regular check-ins, so you keep going and never feel alone.
